We offer tracked international shipping to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand and many other destinations. Available shipping methods and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout.
All orders are dispatched from Portugal.
Shipping Within the European Union
Orders to European Union countries are shipped from within the EU. Applicable VAT is calculated according to the destination where required.
There are no additional import duties or customs charges for orders delivered within the European Union.
We ship throughout Europe, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Poland and many other EU countries.

Shipping to the United Kingdom
Yes, BeybladeNexus ships Beyblade X products to the United Kingdom.
Orders are dispatched from Portugal with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the order weight and available shipping service.
As the United Kingdom is outside the European Union, local VAT, import duties or customs processing charges may apply depending on the order and current UK import regulations.
Any import charges not collected by BeybladeNexus are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to the United States
Yes, BeybladeNexus ships to the United States. Orders are dispatched from Portugal using tracked international shipping.
Important information for US customers: under current US postal import rules, applicable customs duties may need to be prepaid before we can dispatch the parcel.
If duties apply to your order, we will contact you before shipping with the exact amount due.
The customs amount can be paid to BeybladeNexus by PayPal, bank transfer or credit/debit card payment link. Once payment has been received, we will prepay the required import charges and proceed with dispatch.
You will therefore not need to arrange the postal customs prepayment yourself.
How Much Are US Import Duties?
US import duties depend on the type of product and its country of origin, not simply the country from which the parcel is shipped.
Most of our Beyblade products are manufactured in Vietnam or Japan. For many of our products, approximately 12.5% can be a useful rough estimate, but this is not a guaranteed rate.
The final amount may vary depending on product classification, manufacturing country and current US customs rules.

Yes, BeybladeNexus ships to Brazil. Orders are dispatched from Portugal with international tracking.
Brazilian import taxes, customs duties and handling charges may apply when the parcel arrives in Brazil.
The recipient may also be required to provide a valid CPF or CNPJ for customs clearance.
Import charges can vary significantly and are normally collected locally by customs, Correios or the delivery carrier before delivery.

How Are International Shipping Costs Calculated?
International shipping rates are calculated primarily according to the weight and size of your order.
Different weight brackets allow smaller Beyblade orders to benefit from lower shipping rates whenever possible.
The available shipping service and final shipping cost will always be shown before you complete checkout.
Save on Shipping Costs
For some orders, we may be able to remove the external product packaging to reduce parcel size and shipping costs.
If you would like this option, please contact us before placing your order so we can prepare a manual invoice with the adjusted shipping cost.
Orders shipped without the original external packaging at the customer's request are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective or incorrect product.
Prices & Currency Conversion
All prices on BeybladeNexus are displayed in EUR (€).
If your bank account or payment card uses another currency, the amount will normally be converted automatically by your bank, card provider or payment service using their applicable exchange rate.

Tracking Your International Order
International orders are shipped with tracking whenever a tracked service is selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant tracking information so you can follow the shipment.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has initially been accepted by the carrier.
Pre-Orders & International Orders
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the complete order will normally be dispatched once all products are available.
If you would prefer your in-stock products to ship separately, please place them in a separate order.
