Most of our orders will be packed and shipped up to 4 business days after prompt payment (Usually Less)
Pre-order Itens
Pre-order itens will be shipped according to estimated time provided per each item, but these can always have some delays, when purchasing pre-order itens you understand that.
If you add any other itens with your pre-ordered itens, these will be shipped together.
So if you want to receive the in-stock itens earlier, please do make separate orders.
Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date you receive the items, or when a third party (not the delivery provider) designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To initiate a cancellation, please notify us clearly via email:
Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact, otherwise if approved it may be sujected to a restocking fee.
Pre-orders may be canceled within 3 days of purchase.
After this period, the order is confirmed with the supplier and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances, except in the event of defects or shipping errors.
Uncollected Parcel Policy (Pick-up Point Deliveries)
If you select delivery to a pick-up point, you are responsible for collecting your package within the timeframe specified by the carrier. If the package is returned to us due to non-collection:
You are responsible for the costs of shipping the order again, or you can switch your order for any other item of the same value ( Store credit ).
Returning Items
You are responsible for any return shipping costs and assume all risks involved in the return process.
When returning itens, the address will be provided during our agreement conversation.
